Inner SpaceThese Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Inner Space 1 LLC. Please read them before you create an account or purchase anything through the Service.
1.1. Inner Space 1 LLC ("Inner Space," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company registered in Georgia, identification code 445650251, with its legal address at Georgia, Ajara, Batumi, Selim Khimshiashvili 17, 6004. You can reach us at [email protected].
1.2. We operate the website en.innerspacebot.com and the web application app-en.innerspacebot.com, and, once it is released, the Inner Space app for iOS (together, the Service). The Service generates personalized astrology reports — Western astrology, Jyotish, BaZi and Human Design — along with forecasts, compatibility reports, and a chat feature tied to your own report.
1.3. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2.2. You may enter another person's birth data to generate a compatibility report only if you have that person's permission or another lawful basis to do so. Do not submit a third party's contact details — email address, phone number, account handle, or similar — through the Service.
3.1. Inner Space is provided for entertainment purposes only. Astrology is not a science, and the content the Service produces is not a prediction of fact. Nothing in the Service is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee that any event or outcome described in a report will occur.
3.2. Reports, forecasts, and chat responses are produced using a combination of astrological calculation and an AI language model that interprets the birth data you provide.
3.3. Content generated with the help of an AI language model may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or statements that do not reflect your actual circumstances. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the content of the Service.
4.1. Each account is for one person. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4.2. We may suspend or limit an account that we reasonably believe is being used abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.
4.3. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
5.1. Our Privacy Policy, available at /static/legal/en/privacy.html, describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you. It forms part of these Terms.
5.2. If you submit another person's birth data for a compatibility report, Section 2.2 sets out the limits on what you may submit; you remain responsible for having the right to enter that data.
6.1. The price and currency for a report or other paid feature, its main characteristics, and, for a subscription, the billing period are shown in the Service before you pay.
6.2. On the website and web application, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor identified at checkout. We do not receive or store your card number or other full payment card data.
6.3. Prices shown may not include applicable taxes; where taxes apply, they are added at checkout or otherwise disclosed to you before you complete payment.
6.4. Purchases in the iOS app. If you buy a product or subscription inside our iOS app, the purchase is made through Apple's In-App Purchase system and charged to your Apple Account. Apple processes that payment under its own terms; billing questions and refund requests for such purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's rules (refunds can be requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com). Sections 8.3 to 8.5 still apply to the quality of the result we deliver.
7.1. Once your payment is confirmed, the Service automatically begins generating your digital result. Generation typically takes a few minutes and, depending on the product and system load, may take up to about an hour.
7.2. The result is delivered to your account within the Service. We may also send a copy as a PDF attachment to the email address on your account.
8.1. If generation of your result has not yet started, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
8.2. Once generation has started, we are actively performing your order. See Section 8.7 for how this affects the statutory right of withdrawal.
8.3. Once a result has been delivered to your account, the Service is considered fully provided and no refund is due, except where:
8.4. Disagreeing with the interpretations or conclusions in a correctly delivered, technically sound result, or simply not liking its content, is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund under this Section.
8.5. In the cases listed in Section 8.3, we will first attempt to fix or re-issue the result within a reasonable time; if that is not possible, we will refund your payment.
8.6. To request a refund or a fix, email [email protected] with your order ID (if available), a description of the problem, and, if available, supporting material such as a screenshot. For purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase, the refund itself is issued by Apple (Section 6.4).
8.7. Statutory right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights (Articles 13 and 14) — and, if you live in the EU or the UK, the consumer law of your country — generally gives you the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as your report, that right ends once performance has begun, but only if, before it began, you gave your prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you would thereby lose the right of withdrawal. If you did not give that consent and acknowledgment, you keep the 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect your other statutory consumer rights, including your rights if a result is defective.
9.1. Certain features, such as the chat about your report, may be offered as a subscription. Where that is the case, the recurring price and billing period are disclosed before you subscribe.
9.2. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
9.3. A subscription bought on the website or web application can be cancelled at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; we do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of a current period, without prejudice to your rights under Section 8.7.
9.4. A subscription bought through Apple's In-App Purchase is managed and cancelled in your Apple Account subscription settings, not in our account settings. Under Apple's rules it renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
9.5. If we change the price of a subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to your next renewal.
10.1. You agree not to:
11.1. The Service — including its software, design, text, and the structure and templates of its reports — is owned by Inner Space 1 LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
11.2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the results generated for you through the Service.
11.3. You retain the rights to the birth data and other information you enter. You grant us a license to process that data as needed to generate and deliver your results, as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1. Your results depend entirely on the birth date, time, and place you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
12.2. An incorrect birth time or place will change the astrological calculation and the resulting report. A result generated from data you entered incorrectly is not a defect in the Service.
12.3. Because results are produced with the help of an AI language model, they may occasionally contain inaccuracies or interpretations that do not fit your situation; see Section 3.3.
13.1. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. This does not reduce what you have already paid for: if a paid result or a paid subscription period can no longer be provided, Section 8.5 applies.
13.2. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or free of errors.
13.3. We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the revised Terms with a new effective date, and we will notify you by email or an in-app notice for changes we consider material. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
14.1. Apart from the commitments set out in these Terms and the rights you have under mandatory law — including your statutory rights as a consumer regarding the conformity of digital content — the Service and any results are provided "as is" and "as available," and we give no further warranties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.
15.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for lost profits.
15.3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection law.
16.1. You are responsible, in accordance with applicable law, for losses that Inner Space 1 LLC suffers as a result of your culpable misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or a third party's rights.
16.2. We are not liable for a failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of networks, data centers, or payment processors, internet-wide disruptions, government action, or natural disasters.
17.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of Georgia.
17.2. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country — including a member state of the European Union or the United Kingdom — this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
18.1. Contact us first. If you have a complaint, please email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue. We will try to resolve it within 30 days. This step is voluntary and does not prevent you from going to court or contacting a consumer protection authority at any time.
18.2. Courts. Subject to Section 18.3, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service are resolved by the courts of Georgia. Where the rules on territorial jurisdiction allow a choice, the court of first instance is the Batumi City Court, the court for our legal address.
18.3. Consumers. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in any court that the mandatory law of your country of residence makes available to you — for consumers in the EU, the courts of your country of residence — and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts that such law permits.
18.4. No mandatory arbitration. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not ask you to waive your right to go to court, to a jury where one exists, or to take part in collective redress available to you under the law that applies to you.
18.5. Authorities. You may also contact the consumer protection authority of Georgia — the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency (Article 28 of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights) — or, if you live in the EU or the UK, the consumer protection authority of your country.
19.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules in Section 10.
19.2. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described in Section 4.3.
19.3. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 — continue to apply after your account is closed.
20.1. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Inner Space 1 LLC regarding the Service and replace any earlier agreement on the same subject.
20.2. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
20.3. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided this does not reduce your rights under these Terms or mandatory law; we will inform you of such an assignment.
20.4. Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
20.5. If you use our iOS app, Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service or its content; the agreement is between you and Inner Space 1 LLC only.
20.6. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
